Creation - Vampires can only be created by coven leaders or those who do not have a coven. The process takes two days. During the two days, the vampire that started the creation must feed their blood to the victims until their victim awakens. Then, the creator must let the fledgling feed from him/her freely in order to seal the bond between creator and creation.
Bond - The vampire bond is gained when a vampire creates another vampire. This bond is unbreakable and seals them to the coven forever. If a vampire betrays it's coven, the bond is broken, and all the members of the coven feel it as a sharp pain in their gut. However, the pain doesn't keep them down long. Once the pain is vanished, the vampire who betrayed them is killed.
Killing A Vampire - Vampires can only be killed by other vampires, unless a human becomes skillful enough to remove the vampire's head from it's body.
Royalty - All vampires act like royalty. They speak formally, and still use corsets with their dresses. Most of the time, they dress gothic, while they can dress casual to better fit in with society.
Coven Leaders - Coven leaders are typically female vampires, since the first vampire ever created was a woman. However, empresses can choose to have an emperor beside them, though the queen will still have complete rule.
Powers - Vampires do not have 'powers.' They do have heightened senses that allows all of their senses to be 20 times better than a humans'. They also do not need to breathe, though they usually do it for habit. Since they do not need to breath, their heart does not beat, which allows them to run faster than the average human, and for much longer distances.
Emotions - A vampire's emotions are determined by feelings that arouse in the gut.
Burning - Anger
Pinching - Sadness
Butterflies - Love
Lightness - Happy
Appearance - When a vampire feeds, their eyes will turn a more natural color that goes along with their genetic DNA make-up. Their skin will even look a little less pale, helping them fit in with the humans.
Feeding - Animal blood does not cut it for vampires. They must have human blood.
Garlic, crucifix, silver bullets, etc. - There do not harm vampires. Vampires can heal quickly, and since the only organs that really work are the stomach and head, it's no wonder why these things don't work.
Sunlight - Vampires can go out in sunlight, so long as they have just fed. A good feeding can give a vampire up to 12 hours in sunlight.
Fangs - A vampire's fangs are retractable. They can be willed to appear, or just appear when a vampire is ready to feed again.
